STREETSTADIA HITS THE STREETS OF PORTUGAL

StreetStadia has been proven to help reduce anti social behaviour in England and now a Portuguese company called Street Futebol plans to take the mobile sports arena on to the streets of Portugal.
StreetStadia is the first product of its kind to be manufactured in the UK and is already providing communities across the country with their own portable sports arena, where people can play, learn, coach, educate and build friendships. All this can be done in areas where sporting facilities are not normally available.
StreetStadia transforms an open space into a dynamic sports and activity arena in a matter of minutes. StreetStadia provides a safe and fun environment around the vibrant, energetic, team-centric spirit at the heart of football and other team sports.
It is especially successful at safely challenging inappropriate and anti-social behavior as part of structured outreach projects and there are claims that such projects have seen a reduction in ASB of up to 60%. Social inclusion projects have been successfully run by the Fire Service, Police Force, local councils and charities in England for some time.
Now the StreetStadia story has spread to Europe and in particular Portugal where StreetStadia is a major innovation for the portuguese market and the population thrive on football. Street Futebol`s plans for Portugal include developing beyond `just` the normal market of football.
