ARTTIC SAS launches ARTTIC Innovation GmbH in Germany

Company Release – 01 July 2020

Today, the European innovation and funding consultancy ARTTIC SAS has launched ARTTIC Innovation GmbH in Germany. Carrying the comprehensive expertise of ARTTIC SAS and the PNO Group – of which ARTTIC is a subsidiary – ARTTIC Innovation GmbH is well equipped to serve the German market with innovation-related grants and consulting services.

Dedicated services for the German market

With the new company ARTTIC Innovation, we will be able to build on ARTTIC’s longstanding experience in proposal writing and project management, and establish a complementary new service offer around the R&D tax credit scheme (Forschungszulagengesetz) recently introduced in Germany. These new tax-based incentives will make R&D investments even more attractive in a country, in which investment in R&D is expected to rise up to 3.5% of the gross domestic product by 2025 and 170,000 full-time jobs to be created. ARTTIC has therefore decided to spin off ARTTIC Innovation, its new sister company fully focused on the German market.

Over 30 years of experience

ARTTIC Innovation assists innovation driven clients from all sectors, public and private of all sizes, in accessing innovation grants and in their full innovation life cycle. Martin Dietz, Director of ARTTIC Innovation: “Based on more than 30 years of experience at both PNO Consultants and ARTTIC as well as 14 years of operation in Germany as part of ARTTIC, the team of ARTTIC Innovation is very committed and ready to further advance the service offering to its clients and make their innovative ideas become projects and finally new products and services. This spin-off is a lever to drive growth and to continue to generate value for our clients”.
According to Paolo Salvatore, PNO Group Board Member and President of ARTTIC and ARTTIC Innovation, “ARTTIC Innovation GmbH will stay committed to delivering outstanding services to clients based in Germany, backed by ARTTIC’s successful experience and impressive track record of granted projects and best-in-class innovation support services that address the growing needs of our client base”.
