Basel, April 24, 2007. At the invitation of Flausen (flausen.ch) VernissageTV will present at Tweakfest in Zurich, Switzerland, on May 25, 2007. According to the concept of “Flausen” the founders of VernissageTV will present the idea behind VernissageTV within a timeframe of seven minutes. The presentation will be accompanied by a video produced especially for this event. The video with the title “500” will give a concentrated insight in 1 1/2 years of documenting the world of contemporary art, design and architecture.

Tweakfest 2007. Tweakfest, the Festival for Media Culture & Digital Lifestyle, will take place in the Technopark, Puls 5 and Schiffsbau area of Zurich West from 24 to 26 May 2007. Tweakfest is the first platform to combine culture, research, communication, and entertainment. As such it brings together all the actors in Switzerland's up-and-coming creative economy. The Tweakfest offers creative spirits, researchers and managers a forum in which to debate and make presentations. VernissageTV is an Internet TV project which covers exhibitions and events in the fields of contemporary art, design and architecture. The objective is to give an authentic insight into the world of art by the means of film / video.
VernissageTV materializes as video podcast / internet tv channel / video archive. Basically there are two series: The “No Comment” section and the interviews with the protagonists of the art world. VernissageTV is widely distributed via its website and internet tv networks. Founded in September 2005 VernissageTV is growing steadily.
