CleanTech and Specialty Chemicals Recruiting Firm Baymark Consulting Rebranding to Helix Recruiting

Salt Lake City, July, 27, 2011 - After fifteen years in the energy and technology recruiting sector, Baymark Consulting, Inc. has announced they are changing the corporate identity to Helix Recruiting, Inc. - Building Corporate DNA since 1996.

Over the last fifteen years Baymark Consulting has helped numerous US based and multinational companies ramp up strategic functions. They directly impacted companies such as Amyris, Weir Services, Flowserve and Bechtel. Now, focused on building an international brand in the Clean Tech, Specialty Chemical and Oil & Gas sectors, they have decided to rebrand to capture more market share. "We thought it was time to provide a refreshed view of our services," said Richard Herbert, the Managing Director of Helix Recruiting.  "We have impacted companies throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, MENA and Australia. Given the current market conditions in the Energy and Clean Tech sectors, this is a great time to provide a distinction between Helix Recruiting and our competitors as well as increase our market share with our new brand and vision."

Regarding how Baymark Consulting previously dealt with branding, Richard Herbert said, "Throughout the history of Baymark Consulting, the majority of clients were referrals or key members of current clients, that went on to better opportunities or to form their own start ups. Our brand identity was really our employees and recruiters and not the name. Yes, we were responsible for building up key divisions for our clients which directly contributed to their success, but since we had no known brand or PR function, the public at large or other key industry players had no idea who was working behind the scenes. Given that we have never focused on branding, we are very interested to see where Helix Recruiting stands a year from now."
