THE FLORIDA BAR APPOINTS JEFFREY ALBINSON VICE-CHAIR OF CODE & RULES OF EVIDENCE COMMITTEE
CORAL GABLES (June 21, 2011) – Attorney Jeffrey Albinson, of Daniels Kashtan Downs Robertson & McGirney P.A., has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee of The Florida Bar, effective July 1. Albinson practices in the firm’s Tampa office.“I am honored to have been selected to this important position by Florida Bar President-Elect Scott G. Hawkins,” Albinson said.
Albinson has more than 25 years of trial experience and has tried more than 100 cases to verdict in such varied genres of law as first degree murder, commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability and guardianship. His practice is focused in the areas of Professional Liability Defense, Complex Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Directors and Officers Defense, Insurance Coverage matters, and complex litigation of all types.
He is a frequent lecturer and published author in the areas of practice and risk management for lawyers and other professions, and has served in a number of leadership roles.
