Stroz Friedberg’s Rachel Womack Honored in Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars List

DALLAS – Data security and e-discovery expert Rachel Womack, vice president in the Dallas office of the global digital risk management and investigations firm Stroz Friedberg, again has earned selection to the prestigious Texas Rising Stars list.
Ms. Womack’s selection to the 2011 Rising Stars list marks the fourth consecutive year that she has been singled out by the Texas legal community and Super Lawyers researchers based on her work for clients in a variety of industries.
With targeted expertise in digital forensics and electronic discovery, Ms. Womack is a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, law firms, individuals and non-profit corporations. Her ability to search for and present unbiased facts and analysis helps clients resolve conflict, correct data security weaknesses and comply with changing regulatory standards. She also leads teams of expert investigators responding to cybercrime, such as data breach and network intrusions, intellectual property theft, deletion of digital data, e-forgery, cyber-harassment and online fraud and abuse. Additionally, Ms. Womack is a key member of Stroz Friedberg’s electronic discovery group.

Nominated by members of the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers list, the Rising Stars honor is reserved for the top Texas lawyers age 40 or younger, and those who have been in practice fewer than 10 years. Only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys are recognized each year. The final list appears in the April issue of Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars magazines.
