Ancud IT and Openbravo Announce Open Source ERP Partnership
Ancud IT, solution provider of open source enterprise portals, announces a partnership with Openbravo, Spain-based open source ERP company. As first Openbravo partner in Germany, Ancud IT will meet the demand for affordable solutions for Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) for small and midsize enterprises on the German market. The use of Openbravo enables Ancud IT to offer flexibility and adaptability in the field of ERP to smaller enterprises without having to abandon functionality.“We are in the process of growing our best-in-class network of partners around the world,“ says Manel Sarasa, Chief Executing Officer of Openbravo. “In this regard, I am very happy to be able to announce our new partnership with leading company Ancud IT-Beratung GmbH, who will significantly help us to introduce our solution into the German market”.
With Openbravo, Ancud IT can provide an ERP solution with the same functionalities like those of commercial providers still offering the possibility of adapting it to the individual requirements of the customer. Because Openbravo is open source, there are no high licence costs or rigid support contracts which pose a great problem particularly to smaller firms.
