Photographer Launches New Photo Education Site
Plano portrait artist Larry Lourcey has launched a new photo education website to help photographers better their craft. The site will feature everything from video tutorials to book recommendations.Plano, TX, September 21, 2010 -- Plano based portrait artist Larry Lourcey has made a name for himself among professional photographers. He has been asked to speak and judge at several state conventions across the US.
This month, Lourcey is launching a website to help other photographers take their skills to the next level. His site - PhotoEducationOnline.com will offer video tutorials, book reviews and how-to articles. Most of the content is free at this point, but the site will have a VIP section opening soon - loaded with extra tutorials and downloads.
Lourcey's goal is to give photographers a place to find several types of information. "We plan to have everything from video tutorials to product reviews" he says. "The content will be constantly updated - and visitors are invited to request articles about whatever topic they choose. I want the site to evolve into what the audience is looking for."
The site also showcases the various educational programs that Lourcey offers to photographic organizations seeking a guest lecturer.
For those seeking to educate themselves offline, Lourcey offers a list of recommended books on everything from marketing to art appreciation - along with links to Amazon where they can buy it right away.
