RAMPF shows material and machinery out of one hand at Electronica and Productronica India

The growth in India identified the IMF these days as a pillar of the global economy. Elated by the forecasts the RAMPF Group is preparing for their performance at the Electronica and Productronica 2010 in Bangalore. The exhibition highlights of RAMPF in the German Pavilion (hall 1, booth 1244): the electrical casting resin RAKU-PUR 21-W41/13-6 which is extremely resistant to thermal shocks and the new compact dispensing system C-DSE.

The car purchase is booming, the need to modernize infrastructure increase and the production is growing and growing. There are enough facts that underpin the commitment of the RAMPF Group in India. And at least there are as many solutions of polyurethane, epoxy and silicone for these growth sectors. This will prove the company network during the Electronica and Productronica. The RAMPF Group headquartered in Grafenberg (Germany) with about 400 employees, is one of the leading companies in the field of reactive resin systems and machinery. At the trade fair in Bangalore, it presents the companies RAMPF Giessharze and RAMPF Dosiertechnik. The products of RAMPF are available in India from the partners Prasol Chemicals and Sanika Consultancy who are also participating in the exhibition.

Robust materials protect the electronic system
As a specialist in plastics RAMPF Giessharze will present its complete range of electrical casting resins. The extremely robust materials made of polyurethane, sili-cone and epoxy show highly resistance to thermal shocks. This will protect the ac-tive and passive electronic components around the engine compartment of motor vehicles. "Constantly increasing demands on temperature and thermal shock resistance, better and better low temperature flexibility and improved adhesion properties - the benchmark in the automotive, appliance and electronics industry is high. Also in the Indian market, the trend is to use high-quality technologies," explains Dr. Klaus Schamel, CEO RAMPF Giessharze.
With the two-component polyurethane RAKU-PUR 21-W41/13-6 RAMPF shows in India a very innovative product. The RoHS compliant material has a low viscosity and is easy to process.
Summarized the electrical casting resins of RAMPF offer a property profile that meets the latest and highest standards of thermal shock load (-40 ° C to +150 ° C), heat resistance and cold flexibility. And that, without resulting in stress cracks or breaks in active and passive electronic components.

New compact dispensing system C-DSE has its premiere in India
But how the electrical casting resin is applied? For this too RAMPF has the solution. At booth 1244, the new compact dispensing system C- DSE is presented. The low-pressure metering and dispensing machine will cast PCBs with RAKU-PUR 21-W41/13-6. "With the presentation interested visitors become familiar with our technology," says Hartmut Storz, Sales and Marketing Director of RAMPF Dosiertech-nik. The C-DSE is a mobile dispensing system for manual casting of components. It is characterized by a compact design and can be easily adapted to the processing needs of the diverse static miscible casting materials. Even sedimenting or abrasive filled materials can be handled safely. The C-DSE is operated via a graphical user interface by which flow rate, mixing ratio and processing parameters can be freely adjusted.
