BRYTAR COMPANIES ANNOUNCES NORTH TEXAS PROJECTS

Dallas, Texas: The Dallas-based Brytar Companies has announced two new retail and mixed-use projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex.

Construction is currently underway on a 55,000 square foot office/retail complex adjacent to Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas. The three-story office complex with ground floor retail will have a medical focus, and is being partnered with The Cirrus Group, a Dallas-based healthcare services developer specializing in the delivery of new state-of-the-art medical facilities. Scheduled to open in May of 2007, the complex will host, among others, the practice of Dr. Tarek Souryel, the head team physician for the Dallas Mavericks, EDS Credit Union with a drive-through and a major medical provider to be announced soon.

Brytar is also commencing construction on Grapevine Mills Crossing, located across from the Grapevine Mills Mall at Highway 121 and Grapevine Mills Boulevard in Grapevine, Texas. The 150,000 square foot mixed-use project will feature The RoomStore, Sleep Experts and additional retailers to be announced soon. With the center opening scheduled in June, 2007, Brytar’s Founder and President, Scott D. Remphrey noted that, “Grapevine Mills Crossing will enjoy a premier centrally located position in the DFW Metroplex.
