ARS PIXON attains concrete-steel strength of up to 10000 PSI

Chennai, 19th January, 2018: ARS Steel, a leading company producing high quality steel products, launched the revolutionary steel, ARS PIXON in Chennai. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Bhatia, CMD, ARS Steel launched it for the Tamil Nadu market. About 500 dealers of steel industries were present in its launch event.
With right concrete mix, ARS PIXON ensures concrete-steel strength of up to 10000 PSI with its new engineered rib design making it fully capable of providing sustainable strength to the infrastructure such as skyline buildings, bridges, expressways, dams etc. Observing the infrastructural development augmenting in the country, ARS introduced this product to increase the demand for better steel for the construction of reinforcement structures. The company has made ARS PIXON to meet the needs of the projects like Advanced Architect Designs built on Smart City Concept.
In the manufacturing of ARS PIXON, most advanced technology has been used and it is at par with British & American standards as well. ARS PIXON gives maximum safety from earthquake and better anti-corrosion resistance. It will now be easy and secured to construct buildings up to 100 stories.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar Bhatia, CMD of ARS, said, "We are proud to launch ARS PIXON – The Powerbond Steel in Tamil Nadu. We are seeing Tamil Nadu as the emerging steel production hub in the country. That's why we are trying to manufacture best products made out of newest technology. We have always believed in serving our commitments and thus, ARS PIXON is the result of intensive R&D based on international standards. The company would expand the capacity from 1.8 lakh tones a year to 2.3 lakh tones by March 2019. Market in countries such as Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Maldives are opening up and that again is a huge opportunity for us,” Bhatia said. The company will begin exports in March."

Mr. Bhatia further said, "We are trying to bring revolutionary changes in the manufacturing sector with the finest steel products. We wish to write our success story on the model of sustainability. Today, we launch our internationally competitive and high quality product ARS PIXON. This reflects our commitment under which we are achieving new records by fulfilling all the quality standards of steel production in the country."
