Here are the steps of making a jewel:

1.Designer create a summary shape of a new jewel and draw it on a paper. Then create a picture on CAD Software with exact size of the jewel.

2.Jewel makers make the jewel with rubber and fill the rubber with wax. After cold down, wax mode completed.

3.Put the wax model in a stainless tell container which is filled with plaster and heated.

4.After heating the container, take out the container and pour the gold water in it.

5.After cold down,the Setting of the ring is almost completed. Polish the ring band to make it brilliant and sharp with a polishing machine.

6.Choose suitable size of gemstone and diamonds and fix them on the ring band.

7.Check the jewel with professional device to make sure that it is a qualified jewel.

8.The jewel is finished and send it to our customer with beautiful and elegant package.
