With its 28 comfortable outdoor seats, the rooftop bar at the SimRacing Center offers a unique atmosphere. Situated high above the city of Essen, it is the ideal place to relax before, during or after the virtual race and enjoy the culinary delights on offer.
Dishes inspired by famous racetracks
The Rooftop Bar's menu pays homage to the world's most famous racetracks. Guests can choose from a variety of exquisite, racetrack-inspired dishes:
- The Asia Cup: sweet and sour pickled Hokkaido pumpkin meets mango chutney, prawns and star anise.
- The Daytona 500: A crossover Caeser's Salad with poulard breast, cucumber, bell pepper and miso tahina dressing.
- The DTM finale: an original Ruhrfeuer shashlik with onions, bacon, peppers and fermented pointed cabbage.
- The ADAC 24h Nürburgring Special: A gourmet currywurst from Ruhrfeuer, served with spelt bread from the Hemmerle city bakery.
There will also be many other delicacies such as burgers, finger food and schnitzel with chips.
Refreshments for every taste
The drinks' menu at the Rooftop Bar offers a wide range of refreshments, from tonic water, ginger ale and various spritzers, energy drinks and coffee specialties to classic soft drinks and an exquisite selection of wines.
