Daniel Schmitt & Co. Classic Car Gallery Acquires Two Investment Grade Porsches; Now For Sale
1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 2
A 1970 Porsche 914/6 2.0 Targa has been acquired from a private collection in California and features a completely rebuilt engine within the last one thousand miles, matching engine and transmission numbers, and full certification. It is one of only 2,637 produced and includes the original owner's manual, service booklet, and original window sticker.
Also procured is a 1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 sunroof coupe with a five-speed manual transmission. Meticulously maintained with only 18,889 miles, the car is one of only 1,317 Porsche coupes produced in 1990 and is one of the last hand-assembled 911s. The automobile maintains its original matching numbers on the engine and transmission and is fully certified.

Schmitt adds a rare 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III Long Wheelbase SCT by James Young, which has also been acquired and is now for sale. "Rolls collectors will love this as it is one of only seven produced and features a coach-built aluminum body, Connolly leather interior, and left-hand drive for the U.S. market. It has only 55,190 actual miles with high-quality restoration."
