Mardi Najafi, an award-winning designer with over 25 years of experience, has left an indelible mark on the design landscape. His journey, from Paris to New York and Toronto, reflects a career dedicated to transforming branded retail environments for both small businesses and Fortune 500 brands. Notable clients include Coca Cola Canada, Adidas, Virgin Mobile, Penguin Shop, and Versace.
Mardi's role as the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Design at Figure3 showcases his passion for creating unique and immersive retail experiences. His commitment to innovation is further evidenced by his active involvement in industry education and mentorship. Mardi is not only an accomplished speaker and panelist but also serves as the President of Retail Design Institute Canada.

The event was simulcast throughout the Institute, bringing together design professionals from around the world.
