Anthony Dolan, Managing Director at Prairie Capital Advisors
Anthony Dolan joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2005 and is a shareholder in the firm. “Anthony has played an important role in the continued growth of Prairie’s Investment Banking practice through his ability to effectively manage client engagements, lead key firm initiatives and mentor staff,” said Tim Witt, Managing Director at Prairie. “He has significant experience advising the owners and management teams of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, leveraged employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and strategic advisory engagements. He is also involved in numerous strategic, business development and operational initiatives which are critical to our organizational growth.” Anthony is a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association.
