Cisco’s Marketing Director Joins GIA as VP of Intelligence Best Practices

Global Intelligence Alliance (GIA), a strategic market intelligence and advisory group, announces the appointment of Joost Drieman as Vice President for the firm’s Intelligence Best Practices (IBP) advisory services, where he will be tasked with providing consultancy services, assessments, as well as thought leadership in the form of workshops, webinars and seminars for the company’s international clients.

With over 30 years of experience in international business development, strategy and intelligence, Drieman most recently served as Marketing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for providing market Intelligence tools and processes, external and internal market insight and foresight reports. During his time at Cisco, Drieman introduced initiatives to help the world’s leading networking company track their performance, identify opportunities and define strategies to grow the business faster than the market.
