Atomic Design Launches New and Improved Website.

Press release from: Atomic Design

Atomic Design, a leader in web design, development and Internet marketing, announced today that it has launched its new website.

The dramatically redesigned site, created in-house, demonstrates successfully all three of Atomic Design’s core competencies; award winning design, programming and marketing.

Informative content and excellent usability allow for an enjoyable user experience. Technology powers an enterprise-class CMS and robust portfolio module. But what really drives the site is Internet marketing and the effort that went into making it search engine friendly through organic search engine optimization.

The site’s homepage welcomes visitors with an updated and bold new design. Vibrant colors contrast with dark gray and black textured backgrounds. The clean design portrays a vast amount of information in an extremely organized and easy to find interface. The site provides users with a comprehensive overview of Atomic Design’s capabilities, body of work and achievements.

“Unfortunately we suffered from the expression, the cobbler's children have no shoes, and our previous site remained relatively unchanged for six years as we focused on our clients sites.” Stated Atomic Design’s President and Creative Director, Christopher Hanna. “We didn’t want to rush just for the sake of having a new site. We spent a lot of time on graphics and content as well as strategy. Like many of our clients our website is our primary marketing and sales tool and it’s construction was extremely important to our business; not only to demonstrate our capabilities but to ensure an excellent user experience.”

During the soft launch, which lasted two-weeks, results exceeded expectations. “The time visitors are spending on the site, the number of pages they are looking at and an incredibly low bounce rate, less than 3%, all support that visitors are appreciating all that the new site has to offer,” Chris Hanna added. “The feedback has been amazing. Our entire team are proud of their efforts and feel that the site successfully demonstrates our industry leading capabilities. ”

Some key highlights of the site include:
• Improved navigation and searching
• Robust portfolio with full-page and multi-page website views
• News and press release module
• Enterprise-level Content Management System
• Hundreds of pages of valuable information

Keeping up with the fast-paced technology industry, Atomic Design continues to revolutionize how organizations use their websites to better service, or acquire, new customers. 2011 has brought international recognition to Atomic Design for outstanding website design, development and marketing solutions. Atomic Design is the essential partner to any business in need of market presence or seeking new concepts to energize and reinvigorate existing brands.
