We offer an annual maintenance service which is basically designed to inspect 25% of facilities dampers each year and in addition to that, we also seal and correct any Firestop deficiencies which are located near fire dampers and within the barriers. Along with this service, proper documentation of the inspection and repair done of the fire damper is also provided for your records and knowledge. Our Master Report is prepared which includes an inspection report, deficiency report and a summary report.
