ECC Technologies Announces Additional Work with the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority
“The Alcatel system will operate as part of an overall NFTA-wide telephone system,” said Matt Crider, Vice-President of ECC Technologies.
The new system will be integrated with call servers, media gateways, PSTN gateways, and auto-attendant/voicemail systems throughout the NFTA Wide Area Network (WAN).
Installation of the Alcatel system will begin the end of February, 2011.
