October 22, 2010 UTC – After a long time of development, followed by the praising from the beta testers, Munax today announced the launch of their new all-in-one search engine Mundu Search.
With Mundu Search, Munax combines the search results from their own search engines with results from other search engines to give the users the very best of what search has to offer. “Mundu is latin and means ‘clean, world, neat, universe, elegant’ and that is what we wanted to create for the users. An elegant search engine with world wide results neatly presented”, says Munax CEO and co-founder Jan-Olof Granlund.
Mundu Search offers the visitor to search in the Web’s largest databases for Pages, Sounds, Lyrics, Videos and Music Videos. This removes the need to jump around to different search engines just because the visitor decide to search for something else. Mundu Search also introduces a number of new technologies of which Munax Lyrics Search (MLS) is one. MLS connects its extensive song text index with a large number of music videos.
