ATEQ Opens Southeast Sales/Service Office in Chattanooga, TN
ATEQ Chattanooga Office
This office will be a new home base for longtime ATEQ Territory Manager, John Platt. He is supported by a new Service Technician, Zachary Massengale, and a new Applications/Service Engineer, Shane Stanfield. The Chattanooga office will serve as the primary sales and service location for new and existing customers in the following states: Tennessee, Kentucky, North & South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
With the addition of this new southeastern office, ATEQ seeks to improve customer satisfaction by reducing sales lead time and service turnaround time.
“We have wanted to open an office in Tennessee for a long time since we have many customers in this territory. It will be nice to have a local facility for me to use for training, customer meetings and servicing instruments along with a warehouse to keep our own stock of instruments and parts,” commented John Platt, Southeastern Territory Manager.
This location is one of three offices in the United States. The USA headquarters is in Livonia, MI and another new office was also established in Santa Clara, CA in the summer of 2017.
